Health Coaching

I have a number of health coaching programs on offer and would love to discuss them further with you to see which one suits you best.

My approach as a health coach is to guide you in identifying and achieving your goals, whilst providing you with the tools to manage your future health. I've had a wide range of experience assisting people to achieve greater health. This includes helping people manage their weight and endometriosis, overcome digestion problems and improving mood, as well as creating nourishing meal plans for endurance training.

On a more personal level, I've also struggled with my own health problems and have been able to overcome negative eating cycles, reach my optimum weight, increase my energy levels and gained control over my troubled skin.

Don't worry, I won't be recommending you a long list of expensive vitamins, super foods or products. Rather we can achieve your health goals with some manageable and realistic changes to your lifestyle.

    This is a six month program, personally tailored to your needs and goals, and designed to make a seriously positive impact on your health! To achieve long lasting change in your health, it really takes a couple of months to implement what you have learnt and to create new healthy habits for a balanced healthy way of life. Your initial health goals can and will change over the months; this program gives us time to get to some of the deep rooted barriers that have previously prevented you getting to where you want to be.
