As a health coach I provide a supportive environment for you to identify your nutrition and health goals, and help you to achieve these. My knowledge of health psychology, multiple dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching, allows me to guide you in discovering the approach that work best for your individual lifestyle. The gradual changes you make will result in lifelong lifestyle changes, allow you to reach your current and future health goals and finally start living the life you want.
As well as individual coaching, I also offer educational and interactive sessions for groups and organisations. These draw on my experience in delivering comprehensive lifestyle workshops to health professionals and presenting at conferences. An exciting workshop or presentation is a great way to learn about holistic health and how health goes beyond nutrition and exercise.
