Each class will give you the opportunity to learn the benefits of eating a wholefoods diet and how food can support a healthy nourished lifestyle, yet still be utterly delicious and enjoyable. You'll learn the fundamentals of wholefood plant-based cooking, some easy and fast recipes, and enjoy eating what we cook together.
The 4-week course covers:
Session One: Everyday wholefood
In this class you’ll learn a number of staple wholefood recipes that will truly nourish you, such as sweet potato falafels, quinoa butternut salad and beautiful dressings to spice up any salad.
Session Two: Quick wholefood cooking
This class will focus on cooking meals that are quick to prepare, but still packed with flavour and nourishment. As well as learning some tasty quick recipes, I will also share some tips and tricks to making sure healthy eating can be easy, even when we are living busy lives.
Session Three: Delicious desserts
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. In this class you will learn some delicious healthy dessert recipes including; apple crumble, chocolate fudge brownies and a simple creamy ice-cream recipe.
Session Four: Raw food master class
Learn how raw foods can be nutrient rich and great for your health. In this class you’ll learn some staple raw food recipes such as raw pad Thai, raw snickers slices and raw bircher muesli.

$130.00 ($32.50 per class), plus an additional $40 for materials (covers the cost of the food).
